What can a Fair Play Facilitator help you with?
Understand the messages we've internalized that cause women to take on a majority of unpaid labor and caregiving responsibilities.
How to make invisible work and unpaid labor more visible and therefore help you and your partner recognize its value.
Reframe your boundaries to give yourself permission to be unavailable and to find your voice.
Introduce Fair Play to your partner and/or family in a way that is inviting, purposeful, and demonstrates the potential for everyone to benefit.
Communicate about the unpaid labor in your home in a way that is clear, intentional, and supportive!
Reduce your own mental load by "redealing" how domestic and caregiving tasks and chores are managed.
Support you through the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing practice of the Fair Play system.
Reduce burnout by creating more equity in your home.
